Hi! I’m Jennifer, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Even before I knew that postpartum doulas existed, I knew that I wanted to honor mothers — to hold them while others hold the babies! I have lived and witnessed the intense transformation that happens when a mother is born, and believe it’s something to celebrate and nurture. I am humbled to play a small part in the transition that happens for families on their journey to parenthood!

A little about me…

I am a lucky mama of two young boys and one sassy cat. I come from a long line of strong women, love to cook, squeeze in yoga and painting when I can, and don’t sleep nearly enough. It’s been reflected to me that I have a “practical compassion,” and I think that perfectly sums up doula care — it’s all about being there.
